- Have your ticket ready to scan before boarding.
- Senior (65+) and disabled fare passengers should have ID ready for verification.
- Drivers: Be in your vehicle with all tickets ready at least 15 minutes before sailing.
- Ticket sales and validation close two minutes before departure. Late arrival cannot be accommodated.
- All fares are round-trip and tickets must be presented for boarding at the Anacortes terminal only.
- Tickets are delivered as a QR code. If you don't receive your email, check your junk/spam folder. The sender is [email protected]
- Tickets expire after December 31.
- Peak tickets can be used year-round, but no refunds will be issued for non-peak usage.
- The ferry operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pre-purchasing online or via the mobile app is recommended to simplify boarding.
- Vehicle tickets include the driver only. All additional passengers must have their own ticket (unless 18 and under).
- All sales are final - no refunds will be issued.

- Kids do not need to purchase a ticket in advance unless they are the driver of a vehicle boarding the ferry.
- Youth drivers must purchase an adult vehicle and driver fare that matches their vehicle type.
- Kids 18 and under will receive a ticket at the time of departure and may be asked to show photo ID to verify age.
- When measuring your vehicle for oversize fares, include total length including overhang.
- Ferry staff will verify measurements before boarding.
- If you've overpaid or underpaid, you must visit ticket office to get the correct fare adjusted.
